Hi, my name is Michael Bannert, creator of the Video Training Course “Michael’s Fit Man Over 50”. Thanks for visiting this website. It is dedicated to teach men over 50 to build strong, lean and big muscles, so they can feel proud of their bodies and get better health. *

Having spent years studying the human body, gaining muscle, getting lean and staying fit I have created this course for you – so you can follow in my footsteps like so many men in their middle-ages (and older) who dropped fat, added muscle and feel better for it. Why should you listen to me in the first place? Because I totally transformed my body at age 53, I had almost given up on ever getting fit and lean and muscular.
